"All God's Children" is a song written by Paul Barry, Billy Lawrie and Mark Taylor and recorded by Belinda Carlisle for her second greatest hits, entitled A Place on Earth: The Greatest Hits. It was released as a CD single in November 1999 as one of two songs (the other being "A Prayer for Everyone") taken from the double best-of album, which also included one more previously unreleased track (namely, "Feels Like I've Known You Forever").
The CD single, reaching #66 on the UK Singles Chart, included no new songs: "Runaway Horses" was actually the title track from Belinda's 1989 album, Runaway Horses, and "Only a Dream" was a B-side to the 1991 song "Half the World"; this was one of two B sides included on A Place on Earth: The Greatest Hits (the other being "The Air You Breathe" - both songs were also the B sides of the "Little Black Book" CD single).
